Mike some people have closed minds, Nothing you can do except keep your sanity

We took a poll and determined that we would not try to ban trolls. However the conservatives agree that liberal-minded people should not be anywhere near them. But somehow or another the conservatives call us snowflakes.

We and they are speaking from some experience and ideas. A lot of stuff comes from one's upbringing. I was raised in a very freerange family so a lot of my ideas are from experiences and learning. Unfortunately, just like religious indoctrination these "conservative" (read Libertarian) atheists still cling to ideology first then question second. I have been around them and their take on life I find intractable. I would not be able to not question over and over until they kicked me out. Good you finally saw your limit.

I think the point is no one's ever going to change their mind anyway. Like the old saying goes, be the change you want to see in the world.
