After I screwed up my account and lost my groups, I thought the people hosting them wanted to be host. I have since found out some people "inherit" groups they might not necessarily want. I asked the new host if that was the case, and I never heard anything back. This group is the first group I started the first day groups became available. I'm not seeing it go the way I intended it to go at all. Question is are you guys happy the way it is, or would you like me to be host again. I didn't just drop out, I tried to pause my account and instead of pausing it I deleted it, and after Admin straightened it out all my groups were hosted by somebody else. This group is special to me because it's like my first born, but if you are happy the way it is that's ok too.

Well, I'd still appreciate a rational discussion where people respond to specific points, but that could happen regardless of who admins the group.

If possible, and it might not be, I'd like to see an agreement between this group and the gun rights group on no trolling either group.

I think trolling is a good thing with some exceptions, nothing personal, I don't think there is anything wrong with one side asking the other side, why do you think this way or that way. Just don't keep dragging it out, ask a question, get a answer move on to something else. No name calling, or throwing insults back and forth. Outsiders are fair game, have at it.

I've only been a member for a few weeks and have no idea of how continuity has been, but I've got no issues with the way it's run. Great group!

In what ways are you unhappy with the group as it is now?

It's not mine, I started this group the first day groups were available. I think the host needs to keep the conversation going, I have gun control groups on other sites, I actually have gone on protests, this is more than just a topic for discussion to me.

@MikeFlora I agree about the host keeping the conversation going. Is it possible for you to reclaim ownership of the group?

@JenBeberstein I don't know for sure, and I'm not going to try unless I get enough people that want me back. If I get enough support I don't think It will be a problem. I had Gun Control Now T-shirts printed and I think I'll relaunch them too.
