It is further proof of the insane, don't give a damn for other people's lies fostered on the nation by the gun industry. It sounds similar to the one pushed by the tobacco companies. I wonder how the workers sleep at night seeing what their products are doing to children??

In Iowa a gun permit can not be denied for a physical ability or lack of.
@GipsyOfNewSpain Do they give a driving license to the blind?
@Dick_Martin I reckon a learners permit should be the IOWAN way to go, at least.
