For everyone that doesn't follow the gun violence in Chicago ("Chiraq" ie: Chicago's South Side) the following link will put gun violence in America into perspective. 373 gunshot victims thus far, in one section of one city. Trump campaigned on sending in the military, Rahm Emanuel took a different approach, designating timed shootouts between gangs and closing the doors to police stations and stopping patrols. This is what total apathy & disregard for the hopeless & helpless youth in Chicago's South Side looks like. (70% unemployment, life expectancy of 24 years.) ???
