Parents or anybody else have no business keeping guns within reach of children. To me it says the parents love their guns more than their children. Maybe just maybe these people will wake up and practice a little critical thinking. Right now, though, they have to get over the guilt they caused themselves.

I'm not sure what "god's healing hands" has to do with this tragedy. What I am sure of is that when I was the age of these children we were told not to touch or pick up the gun or we would get skinned alive and get our asses beat off. We believed them. Today parents give "time out" or claim they have had adult talks with their children. Neither parent nor child understand this. Almost every day I see a parent and child come into my workplace and the child is a runaway hurricane! The parents just seem to ignore this.

@chalupacabre They are so sick when they do this. Remember "In God We Trust" on the bumpers of law enforcement vehicles. Now imagine cops showing up at the robbery or shooting scene and the first thing they do is pray.
@DenoPenno yeah, that would be up there with releasing the suspects because they strongly denied their guilt. We don't accept one, why should we accept the other.
@DenoPenno That crap bumper sticker once appeared here and people complained. The car in question was from another district. More need to complain about these infractions.
@JackPedigo I agree 100%. Law enforcement vehicles and other government vehicles are out of place to have anything about a "god" on their vehicles. Maybe they think we are not looking at god on our money enough of hearing the crap in church. Take "god" off of vehicles please!
@DenoPenno They feel since it is their responsibility to protect us they can do anything they want.
Another precious child killed because fucking adults don't know how to secure their guns.
