I believe it's a reference about transgender men and women not using public restrooms that correspond to their sex at birth.
What the hell is he talking about? who eats soap?

He's talking about idiots.
"Gun Control Now"
He's referring to the few kids that are out there taking dares to eat Tide Pods.
The kids who are speaking out here, are NOT the same lids who are doing that.
