What's the best company to start out with? I've been looking for a school to get my CDL from, then learned about company paid schools but I want to make the best initial choice I can make about starter companies. Any suggestions?

I've gone and bought my own rig (used of course) and need to put some new tires on the back. Any suggestions on brands, l hear the Japanese ones Yokohama and Toyo are favorites due to their value for the dollar. Any thoughts?
