Can anyone say what are the rules for posting to this "site and customer service" group?
I can't seem to find a way to make a new post there. Do I have to be a certain level?

If you click on "The Watering hole" in the breadcrumb trail above you should see a button to "write post". Is that what you mean? Or for the main site: [agnostic.com]
