Japanese KitKats Are Ditching Plastic Packaging For Eco-Friendly Origami Paper
[thethings.com]
It sounds good, but I’m loathe to like anything they do with this company due to their track record with baby milk in third world Countries and drinking water. But some plastic ditching and vegan products, (I’ve noticed at my local supermarket) never hurts I suppose.
We've all got to make big changes.
we certainly do all of us our family recycles everything we can and its amazing the amount of plastic from containers, bags for frozen and dry, film to keep air and nasty ppl out ...... straws which we bought straws we all reuse and wash at home no plastic for us..... would do glass if we could find one close
it recommended to eat meatless 2 days and those veggie burgers are quite good I use to get a chili mix at whole foods with tofu and no one could tell it wasn't meat ..... drive less go solar or renewable as soon as possible ...and only 2 kids per family ... the planet is gonna cleanse warming is happening
new hydroponic methods are far better with fewer pests and no fertilizer or pesticides and fish can be grown with the plants cheaper and 2 sustainable crops the oceans are polluted from that reactor in japan and other oil and plastic
cows can be fed seaweed and they fart less so much that can be done and more to do
oil is unnecessary hemp can make most anything oil can and other innovations from biodegradable stuff
@whiskywoman We recycle as much as we can, use cloth bags for shopping, I cook mostly from scratch to avoid pre-packaged meals, use our own stainless steel cups if we have coffee out, cool, or cold water laundry, share the bath, & we do not drive.
I've heard the meat substitutes are higher in fat & salt, which we are both watching in our diets.
We never use straws.
Posted by Ray13I just joined this group, thought it would be best one to post something like this: Thought this might interest some of my fellow agnostics - I just donated my 160th pint (total 20 gallons) of blood...

Posted by Reason-AbleI’m 54 and bored. I needed a project and decided to buy a truck and make it my project. I’ve been adding little mods to it every weekend. Any other vehicle enthusiasts in the group?

Posted by WonderWartHog99After trimming up the crab apple tree, I loaded up the pick'em'up truck and headed for the landfill, Petunia riding shot gun.

Posted by flower_nutMy mother's best friend worked for the local newspaper and decided to dress me as a leprechaun and use it for Saint Patrick's Day. I was a smiling leprechaun, whatever that was?
