Some would say that they are all witches in Adelaide! It is however known as the city of churches and currently is desperately trying to get out of lockdown. They are currently trying to find a way to crucify a Spanish born pizza parlour worker for creating the latest little infection (about 20 people) that has resulted in the current lockdown.

Not sure. too bouncy in a way. Mixed ideas. Reminded me of Maddy Prior or June tabor. Lack of flow bothered me. Anyway I'll post my response.

Not as good as Tabor or Prior IMO.

@FrayedBear Agreed

Nice...good clear vocals....thanks for the intro to the group.

Clear? Compared to who or what? Jimmy Barnes?

@FrayedBear Clear...as in I could hear the words she was singing. Is there any other definition to the word clear?

@Marionville You mean your favourite a-ha isn't clearer than other clear singing groups?

@Marionville whoops - lol you'd also have no problem with Barnes raucous screaming Scottish - Australian accent.

@FrayedBear I can’t understand what point you’re trying to make....nobody is talking about Jimmy Barnes except you. It’s not relevant to the singer or the song Len posted whether Barnes sings raucously in a Scots Australian accent or not. The fact is we’re not discussing Barnes music we’re discussing the one by the so called witches of Adelaide. As far as a-ha is concerned...vocalist Morten Harket has exceptionally clear diction compared to most other band vocalists...but again completely irrelevant to the one Len decided to post.

@Marionville I'm saying that there are degrees of clarity not only due to individual voice ability but also the listener's hearing abilities and cultural backgrounds.
You are welcome to stick to your original stated opinion but I think that you have now modified it in view of your Harket recognition. I suggest that Barnes is at the other end of the scale from him however in your case you will most likely find Barnes much clearer than I to understand owing to your common Scottish heritage & experience!
