@rogerbenham I don't get the connection between Reagan, Mulroney & the Moores.
@Lilac-JadeCanada Reagan and Mulroney sang it together possibly a bit drunkenly at a ceremonial dinner I think in Quebec when they had a leader's meeting there. They both claim Irish ancestry.

Very nice rendition…thanks for posting it for me to hear it! 
. Limavady where the tune “Londonderry Air” was first heard and written down by Jane Ross in the early 1800’s is only around an hour’s drive from here. The words were put to the song much later and it has become one of the most loved and well known Irish songs. Peter loved me singing it for him and I performed it often over the years. We also do a very different version in four part harmony in the choir, which has a beautiful arrangement. So thanks again…this father & son are really talented.

Yes, I've posted him several times after hearing he & his dad on our news hour a couple of years ago. He's from my daughter's city, just southeast of us. I love this song, & have sung it myself when I was younger, & still in good voice.
I think they are terrific.
