A Norwegian trio I really love the sound of…no, not THAT trio….this time I’m not referring to
a-ha! It is Bel Canto, whom I have posted before, but not for quite a while. Anneli Drecker the vocalist is half German/half Norwegian, and this is a song they sing in German….Die Geschichte Einer Mutter (The Mother’s Tale).

I’m pleased you do,
I found all of the colours way over the top and the orchestral backing too loud. Canto is singing but the singing was somewhat overpowered. Pity.

The video was made by a fan…it’s not an official one by the band. Sorry you found the orchestration overpowering.
This music is beautiful! I love the pictures as well. Reminds me of a lot of the wine grower’s Vineyards here near me.

I’d love to visit California!
@Marionville It truly is a beautiful state even with all the problems from the drought. Thankfully we are getting rain now, which I hope continues for a few more months! I know you would love this area with all the vineyards we have, plus there is so much other cool stuff to see!

@Marionville Oh my goodness Marje, I would love for you to visit. The springtime is a great time for a visit as everything is in bloom and it’s so pretty to see all the Tulip Magnolias in bloom, plus all the other beautiful trees and plants that are native to this area!! 
@Redheadedgammy Well it won’t be spring 2022…I’ve already got three trips planned between April and August…but who knows about another year!
