I’m flying to Norway in two days time to visit Oslo for the weekend, and go to the a-ha concert on Saturday. They never as a rule have a warm-up or opener act at their concerts…and indeed on this extensive world tour which started in Nov 2019 and has already played over 40 venues on 5 continents, there hasn’t been another act involved. However, on Friday and Saturday in Oslo this week a-ha are introducing a new and up and coming Norwegian singer/songwriter to start the concert off…and here she is. - Daniela Reyes.
….I think it’s great to see such Norwegian national icons, who had to leave Norway in order to make it in the music business, give a helping hand up to a young newcomer.

@rogerbenham No…they are middle aged seriously good artists now, not teen idols. The tickets to their concerts cost a fortune - £100 a ticket, and I will listen raptly to every note they play and sing. I will be sitting with my son in the seated area…not the standing area in front of the stage. There will be some singing along in certain songs where they ask the crowd to join in though..and of course I do know every word!
