I'd never heard of Russell Watson till I watched this video just a few moments ago. He has an incredible voice, and this song is so beautiful.

I'm having my memorial for my wife on the 12th (postponed twice because of Covid) and at first I thought this would be a great song but it was too much him and I don't really care if people remember me for long. Let me fade into the trees around me.

I just found this one, and think it's lovely, but not sure it's right for what you want, and then the drums might no be to your taste. It's an instrumental with cello and violin.
@RhondaShotwell Classic beauty woman. Speeding bicycle with no obvious driving force (wind?). Trio continuing despite the rain! I liked it but not what I seek. M had a great Laura Paucini (Sp?) that broke me up at the time.
Welcome to one of our best tenors ….he is very well known in the U.K. He had an operation around ten years ago to remove a brain tumour, but had a very successful recovery thank goodness. I have a lot of his records and CDs, both classical and pop/crossover. This is one of my favourites….

Really beautiful Marje. Overcoming a brain tumor and going on to sing like this is amazing.
So nice to know we have some new artists who are able to replace some of the older masters.
@JackPedigo Yes…although he’s not really new as he’s been around for more than 20 years now.
