The Celtic fringes of Europe comprise more than just Ireland, Scotland and Wales…the Celts, who originated and migrated from the Upper Danube basin of Central Europe, settled all around the westernmost Atlantic shores of the continent as far south as Galicia in Spain. The Isle of Man, Cornwall, Basque and Brittany regions of France are Celtic too…and all have their own distinctive languages which vary from each other although having certain similarities . Many of these regions have strong nationalist and separatist movements and today I’m posting a strongly worded separatist song from Brittany in the Breton language.

Yes…the domesticated dogs will run feee again…a metaphor for independence I’d say!
