Jose Feliciano was born in Puerto Rico in 1945…unfortunately he developed glaucoma at a very early age, leaving him blind but despite this his innate ability to learn and play many musical instruments was apparent from the age of three. In the 1960’s after moving to New York his debut album Feliciano launched his international music career and since then he has released more than 50 albums in both English and Spanish. Here he performs The Gypsy in 1974…
