@Marionville Even though I watched about half of the series 12 months ago, I never took to it when it first came out, it still makes so little impressiin that I do not instantly jump to this recognition. Perhaps it had greater impact over there. I always found the stereotyping to be racist and like Crawford in "Some mothers do 'ave 'em" a type of humour that I do not greatly appreciate.
@FrayedBear I wasn’t a big fan either, but some of the catch phrases became common jargon...didn’t really expect you to know, just did it without thinking as a response to your good afternoon!
