A performer was recently highlighted in another post that immediately took me back decades; half a century, actually. Hugh Masakela was widely known as a jazz icon since the 1960s, which is when "Grazing In the Grass" was released:

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button."Grazing in the Grass" takes me back to when my parents and some of their friends had that tune, and all the rest of their music, on vinyl 45s played on a portable record player. Most people we knew didn't even have component stereos yet.
