@Marionville Bedtime between 1;30 - 2 a.m....read a couple of chapters, sleep hopefully by 3, & up between 9:30 & 10 a.m., but awake earlier....too tired to get up. Sleep has always been an issue with me, but noiw its worse as fibromyalgia is a cause, & the cancer treatments I had for 5 years affected fibro, so I'm lucky if I can get 4 hours.
@Lilac-Jade No, I go up to bed around 12, but take the iPad to bed with me and catch up with TV I’ve missed and Angostics posts, then some music...which I usually fall asleep listening to ...maybe at 2/2.30. Wake at 7ish,
@Marionville I often wake arounf 5, & sometimes I can get back to sleep, but other times, not a chance, so I just rest as well as I can. I refuse to use sleep meds unless desperate & I have been formally diagnosed with sleep deprivation.
