For anyone painting on canvas i have an alternative to the expensive store bought. A easy diy frame 1"x 2" wood glued and stapled together topped with a veneer sheet (sanded after fastened to frame) cost $20 for 32ft of surface.

I guess this can go here. I'm in the process of making 20 gallons of elderberry wine. Part of the fun of winemaking comes in pretending you are really running a winery, designing labels for the wine, and so on, Here is the label I came up with/...

My friend said I say "I forget things" and "i don't know stuff" too often and suggested a new mantra... so this is going on my wall to remind myself! It's alcohol inks on watercolor paper. Alcohol inks are super pigmented and flow like watercolors ...
