I have been a minimalist since well before it became a trendy thing, and have a fondness for minimalistic home design, especially the work of Tadao Ando. This home design struck me as a "thing of beauty", something I could easily and happily live in.

Me too. My silly-not-real-but-hey-one-can-hope dream is to have Tadao Ando design a home for me.
It's an attractive house but no privacy.

As shown, no. Were I to build a home like this, I'd have some sort of in-window blinds to provide privacy, as well as sun reflection.
