Another miniature. This time an elk which I did several years ago. It proved to be quite fragile and I finally found a little plastic box to enclose it in which prevented damage beyond what had already occurred, including a couple breaks to the antlers. It was more to see what I could do than anyg. Later, I learned about adding antlers rather than carving as part of the whole. This allows for cutting antlers more a grain and makes them much less fragile. As one piece, that isn't possible as grain must run with the legs on such small items or there is no way to get the carving done without losing multiple legs. This I know from experience! It's all a learning process. I did my first carving in 7th grade and am happy to say I have learned a LOT since then.
