Oh, that is nice. It would be perfect as the base for one of my larger plants . If I remember my milking stool ( yes, I milked cows) it was a little taller. We milked Friesian cows, a little bit taller than the average Guernsey or Emmenthaler. What did you use for wood? I can't tell, but it could be birch?

i was thinking leprechauns or pixies, but an infant milk maid would work too I suppose.
I’m designing an event stool, that will have removable legs for travel. The legs will stay in place when together by pegs. Those will be corded, and themselves pegged to the seat. I hope to secure them by small dowels. I’ve got seasoned black walnut for it. I like my event stuff to be as period as possible, so I make so much of it by hand.
