Hi, I'm not an artist, but don't kick me to the curb yet.
I am the humble and unpaid assistant to the artist. I am the editor of proposals and statements; the gofer at gallery hangings and showings; the "man with the bag" at Rhinebeck Sheep & Wool (photo of the morning entry gate below); the only person allowed to touch lovely spouse's soft sculptures in progress, not that the art appreciators at said galleries bother to ask before touching the work on the walls:
Behind every great artist there's a yoink like me asking, "Is 'aesthetic realism' really a term?" and "'Fluxus'?!"
