Thanks. No, it’s not big enough to be used even by a child. It’s just for display.

That would be so cool to enter in the spittoon races at the Brick in Roslyn WA. The bar in the Brick, made famous in the TV show "Northern Exposure" has a trough at the bottom that runs the length of the bar, it was for spitting and water ran down it. Once a year they have a boat race here a youtube link:
