I use cotton crochet thread to make spa washcloths...they make nice additions to a gift basket that includes body wash, sugar scrubs, etc. I love how fast and easy these are to make...wow...over 30!
I love that yarn! Nice texture, too!
@thinktwice thanks. It’s a single, triple, single, triple.
@Annaleda thanks! I love to have simple crochet projects while I watch tv...nice way to use up leftover bits of yarn from other projects, too!
@thinktwice Yes, it is. I’m using my scraps of this yarn for the drawstrings in veggie shopping bags I’m making next.
The pattern is chain 22 (each row is odd number of stitches)(or any number of even stitches). Single crochet into second stitch from hook. Then a triple. Etc to the end. You should end in a single crochet. Second row is all single crochets. So every other row is a single-triple-etc, with a row of singles in between. After the tenth row of single-triples, single a final row on top. Then continue singles along the other three sides. That’s it!
