His is the Islandic sweater I made about 20 years ago. Islandic wool is very long haired and has a soft, warm undercoat. It is easy to spin , even for beginners, and the yarn takes dyes easily and knits up into very warm and rugged garments.

For 20 years old, it looks to be in great shape! I like the colors and pattern. Nice!

Thanks, I only wear it in deep winter and wash t by hand. It is the wool!
