Don't apologize for the flaws. I recall reading/ hearing that Navajo rugs were made with an intentional flaw to appease the "gods"....so to flaw is so very human!
I don't need to deliberately make mistakes I have a talent for making them so all good. I have also heard that in the Middle East crafters will make a deliberate mistake so the work is not perfect.
@Budgie The article I gave you points that out...but they were all "#religulous" based intentional flaws because only "gods" were perfect...yea...right....but my point is to not apologize for flaws...not even to point them out! A hand made item actually shows value with minor flaws.
