Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Abandoned TB hospitals and insane asylums are my special interest. We have lots of them here in upstate New York. Workers from NYC were sent here to recover from tuberculosis by their employers.
Some buldings are still being used, one of them is now a homeless place for men only. Another one is slowly deteriorating behind a tall wire fence. And one has been the subjwect of a PBS report a few years ago.

These photos remind me of ghost towns out west that my parents took me and my sister to see.These photographs also remind me of buildings in Flint and Detroit that I have also seen abandoned. Where I grew up in the country, there was a abandoned farm that also could had made great pics as well.
