Thrift store table/shelf thingy that had been painted gross, boring, plain white. It needed some serious love, color and attention. I'm happy with it now and enjoyed having some much needed creative time. I used acrylic and nail polish.

when i hit the road with my little old (1990) mazda 4 weeks ago i couldn't ignore the bare spots on the bonnet, where the paint had been chipped off by stones. instead of patching them up, which was always gonna look crap, i bought some gold enamel ...

I buy orchids for scratch at local grocery stores after they're done blooming. I go home with healthy plants, that they can't sell otherwise! They always bloom again for me Here's one that rebloomed for me, a beautiful Vanda

I do acrylics now because they are so much more versatile and easy to use, , but these are a few of my much older paintings in oils. Most I gave away as gifts, but kept photos. These are probably 25 years old now!
