The Anonymous Executioners of the Corporate State

Imprisoning the David to Chevron’s Goliath is the latest outrage by a U.S. judiciary now engineered to favor the interests of capital.

His only “crime” was winning a $9.5 billion judgment in 2011 against Chevron for thousands of plaintiffs.

Donziger, his lawyers have pointed out, is the first person under U.S. law charged with a “B” misdemeanor to be placed on home confinement, prior to trial, with an ankle monitor.

How crooked is our judicial system? Here we go, lets take a look starting with another look at the Chevron case against Steven Donziger. Then America's lawyer, Mike Papantonio, exposes another frightening aspect.

I'll remind you all that these were seats left unfilled by the Obama administration during a 8 year period. Over 260 seats in all if I remember right. So if you're still unable to figure out why our country is continually moving to the right towards fascism, as far as the judicial aspect goes, it's because the democrats are collaborate with it. When this isn't covered by the ruling and corporate classes owned MSCM, it goes under the radar making it easy for democrats to avoid responsibility.

You might remember McConnell bragging about how he was attempting to get as many appointed as he could. What you didn't get was the MSCM breaking down the types of people he and Trump were placing.
