I specifically posted this as the new news it is because of the date it was written by the late Robert Parry in 2004. With hopes people who come to read it will get a sense of its relevance to the group narrative as the MSCM will, and have been already, as Robert Parry correctly exposed, glorify a man that had "consistently put his career and personal status ahead of America’s best interests." As scores of people around the world have been murdered due to his illegal and unethical actions. Billions of our tax dollars spent on these crimes and manufactured wars. In regards to the middle east, the birth of what we have created over the past 20 years beginning with the Iran -- Iraq war, which will be a lost knowledge to most as the Iraq hearing will be the primary narrative the MSCM will use to cover his earlier crimes. No one will expose Powell to the likes Parry has spelled out. He'll be a glorified monster.
