Went out for Thai food and got this great red curry dish. They didn’t have as many vegan options as I would’ve hoped but this was vegan and good… Heat level what they call, “make you cry“. ???????

I make curry at home, I love it hot. Usually I want it hotter, so I end up emptying the entire bottle of curry paste it there, lol. Minimalist baker has some good recipes for curry on her site.

Thai is my go to place when I eat out. Many vege. options as well as GF and dairy free.

Looks good. But these days I'm not so up to the mouth burning masochism of really hot curries. I prefer something a little milder 🙂

I can't do heat, but love all Asian. Well, almost all food, but especially Asian. No crying for me!

It was almost too hot for me and I am a seasoned heat eater, a few beers helped. A wonderful girl I used to date from England would say, “food shouldn’t hurt”🙂
