Speaking as long time vegetarian\vegan... Did you find us to be the most insufferable, difficult to please, bunch of ingrates? Or just happy to have a place of their own?

Nice... ok I have a Q... me being vegan it may not have been a concern, but do Restaurants keep seperate pans and cooking utensils for untainted preparation? If I get the vegan Berger I want to be comfortable that they didn’t use the same spatula. I would assume a vegitarrian restutaunt would have had vegan options?
