Dairy is Scary [riseofthevegan.com]
Thank you for sharing.
No one ever takes consideration for the animals that get exploited due to this industry.Changes arenβt happening fast enough for me. Meanwhile calves are being killed by the minute for your ice cream and cheese. Most humans have no heart and donβt care about innocent beings. Humans are selfish. One of the hardest things about being a vegan is feeling like no one gives a s h i t and being heart broken every single day knowing what they go through and watching others contributing to it. They are defenseless and ALL YOU WANT is what doesnβt BELONG to you. So you go to the store get your milk, get your cream cheese, get your yogurt get your ice cream and a baby calf suffers for it because you took his milk. Humans are cruel.
Itβs rough being a vegan. We are surrounded by cruelty every minute of the day.
Then you give this toxic inflammation to your kids....,..............
I think there is a vegaloution though. I was the only vegetarian, and now vegan in my school for a number of years. A couple of years ago another vegan teacher was hired, 2 male teachers have asked me about it, and it has inspired others to eat less meat and more plants. Times, they are a changinβ
Thank you for this. I have not had dairy for some 25 years. People need to wake up to all this issues of the meat and dairy industries. There is a theory that all the violence and exploitation toward sentient creatures comes back to us in the food we eat. Prime example, D tRump.
No milk, no cheese, no yogurt?
Oh no..
I am not quite ready to give up cheese, but there are alternatives. I understand that sheep's milk cheese is much better for you.
@BDair, @Cutiebeauty, I have a friend that told us of a study done on different milk sources. Cows milk is the furthest from humans. Next comes Goat Milk and finally Sheeps milk is the closest to humans. But these other sources don't answer the issue of animal torture. There are lots of alternatives (more coming every day). I buy plant based cheeses and found a great yogurt, "Forager." There are tons of plant based milk and my favorite is the Silk hi protein. It is thick and has more calcium than regular milk and at a competitive price. It also comes in vanill and chocolate.
@BDair Try this cheese replacement, itβs wonderful and no animal is hurt or exploited by eating it. and it tastes great!
@JackPedigo thanks for the information
@Redheadedgammy I sometimes buy Daiya but it is pricey. Trader Joe's has a good brand and it is less expensive. More and more companies are getting on board with plant based foods.
@Redheadedgammy
It was great with our vegan fajitas.

Posted by BDairWhy was there never a word about healthy diets and essential vitamins and nutrients? Liquor stores and 'big box' stores never closed. This was never about public health.
