I have been a Vegetarian for 5 years now and I badly wanna go Vegan! Time is the only thing that stops me. Unfortunately I am out most of the day and no time to prepare my own food at home. It is very easy for me to find vegetarian meals but already prepared vegan meals are impossible to find in grocery stores/restaurants here.
How do you guys deal with this?

Most restaurants have their menus online around here. I download them all and check ingredients. Also Google maps will sometimes correctly identify restaurants.
Restaurants really are the hardest part, imo, because they are usually social, and odds are you won't be going with other vegans. Get to know the local restaurants so that you can offer alternative suggestions while everyone is deciding where to go.

They are getting much more vegan conscience in groceries stores. Like I said also. I read what is in my food. When it comes to grains, gluten free. Diabetics are not allowed to have it, but my choice is that I think it cements all the hairs in your little intestine. i know I am weird. I also want what they refer to as organic. This does not sometimes consider no pesticides. I do not want hormones, steroids, antibiotics, added sugar, and artificial anything.Once you get accustomed to finding these items in the grocery store, life gets easier. Rice pudding, gluten free no sugar added, I love as a desert. 90 calories in a container and it is great. I researched alternative sugars and right now I use Stevia. It has been used in the orient for several hundred years. It is a plant. Pepsi and Coke diet products claim they use Stevia. It has a great taste and you can substitute to cook goodies.

Panerna Restaurant and Aldi's Groceries are going all organic. If you go to the frozen foods section now in Walmart of about anywhere, they are now making noodles out of zucchini, rice out of beets. They have all kinds of new foods that people have not found in the veggie section yet. The noodles and there are other veggies they use come with some sauce tomato, roast garlic, and alfredo. I like rice pudding. You can find it around the yogurt in single packs. It is very good, gluten free, no added sugar, and only 90 calories. They stuff the yogurts with sugar. I like gluten free. I don't have to eat it. There is a gluten free section where you can buy nice bread. It is amazing how much they are changing what food is available.

You don't have to jump right in. Have a go, see how you get on. Identify any difficulties then sort them out.
I prepare food in advance. I've been doing it for years. I vaguely remember it took some getting used to but tbh I don't think about it much now. It's like any changes you make to your life bit of effort at first, maybe a fail now and then but in the end you'll wonder what all the fuss was about 🙂
Tonight, for example, I've just cooked a huge pot of Dahl (from Vegan Richa's Indian cookery book) it took me just under 1hr INC soaking rice and lentils for 30 mins! Served myself quite a plateful 😉 then let the rest cool while I played some tunes. Divi it up into at least another 3 meals then into the freezer.
You'd be suprised at the delicious meals you can make in half an hour and if, on occasion, I'm too tired or I ve got to go out there's good stuff in the freezer

I make a batch of food, divide it into containers and freeze it. It's handy to stock up on food that's easy to prepare and it helps if you make large batches which can last the week. Stews and casseroles are great for this.
