Fernapple comments on Feb 1, 2020:
No snow so far for us in England, its been a 'very' mild winter to date, worryingly mild.
Heidi68 replies on Feb 1, 2020:
@BBJong the weather people said last night by Wednesday we will be mid 60s.... @Fernapple - I am a bit worried also. This is the 1st dusting we have had. Last year, we had 1 storm in Dec of 15" and then a couple small storms (1" or two).

Heidi68 replies on Jan 31, 2020:
@AstralSmoke this is me & Zack - you can kinda see my knee - he was trying to chew on my foot The 2nd one you can see all the way down his neck - no horn The last one was about a month ago - the brat escaped & I spent 4 hours trumping all around the countryside (and woods, I think I scared a bear) before sun-up looking for him. He was about a mile from the house. He spent the might behind someone's house, they thought he was cute.... anyway, as usual (you can see in all the photos) not only are we bareback but only a halter & lead to guide him. I keep thinking about getting a cart for my pups but I can barely get myself up the freaking hills here so..... 🤣🤣🤣
Lovely flowers on my table during lunch today

I love the composition of the last one, but I wanted to play with it a bit to make a bit more vibrant. I always feel guilty for doing that but a good image is like candy to be savored and tasted. But maybe I over did it? Maybe it’s too tarted up now? A floozy flower?

@dede18 wow! Y'all are amazing! These are great!

Since I can't post pretty photos of Roses here are my Orchids.
Besalbub comments on Jan 26, 2020:
A customer of mine has over eighty and keeps them in an orchid house where they take care of them until their ready to bloom and they deliver the blooming plant and pick up spent bloomer . I never had any luck with them myself and don't have an orchid house near by if I could even afford it .

@AstralSmoke I don't know how he did it but you should hear the stories about their excursions. It gets better - sometimes he would have the dog, the groceries & and Ms Betty (his girlfriend).... I swear my 1st pony didn't know what a saddle was - ahhh those were the days! What happened to the balance I had in those days? Actually I haven't ridden Zack with a saddle in about a year, maybe more - but I am cautious & don't run around like a fool. Why did you get a new cart? What is wrong with the old one?

@AstralSmoke my dad use to squeeze his groceries around his Golden Retriever when they were sailing. I am sure they looked like they were homeless - late 60s guy with old rusty bike, pulling a rough looking cart with a 85lb dog all over Key West & the Caribbean Islands... 😁 The arthritis hit me all of a sudden. I guess I shouldn't be surprised - I mean, how many times can ya get tossed off a horse without leaving some kind of hidden pain

@AstralSmoke old age 😢 arthritis.... one moment I was fine, then I had some pain, then I lost range of motion.... it was crazy. You do know that make cute little wagon things for cycling with dogs 😉😁
Best 12 step I have ever heard of 🤣🍩🍰🎂🍫

12 whole steps? You're not a true chocoholic unless you wake up in a strange bed, covered in chocolate, and can't remember how you got there.
