But are you really really sure you gave religion a fair chance? Was your faith strong enough to be patient enough to hear GOD speak to you directly from a stuffed animal in your child's room? Woe unto you for missing out on your chance by not doing that simple thing!!

Giving it a "fair chance" to the religious would just be a never ending search until you found "it". It wouldn't take no for an answer. It only leads to the search for an affirmative and nothing else.

Yes, I gave it (religion) more chance than it deserves. Years of serious thought and study. And it came up sorely lacking!
