What study? What organization conducted it? What were the parameters?

The "parameters" are not necessary. You check the welfare records. Trust me, I worked as a Bilingual Social Caseworker while I was studying to become a teacher; this subject is not unknown to me.

The numbers come from either an InfoWars or Breitbart article.

Well, if these immigrants are legal...and need the help...there is not abuse.
If they are illegal and collecting benefits with somebody else's document we are talking fraud and both parties should be incarcerated....and the Income Maintenance worker who revised the documentsshould be fired.

About incarcerating the "owner" of the documents....well, is relative since the SS# and other important papers could have been stolen / lost. An investigation is required.

It seems that if 70% of the imigrants are on welfare we may need to screen them a little better.

@Trajan61 True...but there are immigrants that came to USA 20 years ago and are legal...and for different circumstances now need help.

We need more Income Maintenance and Social workers and programs for self-improvement.
