Getting a tattoo anywhere hurts! But that is one big tattoo--must have taken a LONG time! Seems like the longer it goes on the harder it is to ignore it.
about an hour or so in the chair. It was worth it
I have wanted a tattoo for years but never could decide what or where to place it. I have finally settled on what I want...now all I have to do is find really good artist. I am wuss though, so I am sure I will be crying like a baby when I get it done. ?
It's not that bad, depending on where you get it.
I watched YouTube videos to help take my mind off it.
@Carin I have been told that many times so I am (in reality) not too concerned. Thanks.
@Carin, @HeathenWoman Oh great idea. I never thought about that. Thanks. I forgot that you can find info on anything on youtube. Love it.
Very nice design. I agree, tattoos hurt but worth it.
I only have fluffy. He is on my calf with one tiny leg reaching up towards the back of my knee. I remember I enjoyed the feeling so much so that I started to get sleepy. Not like shock or anything. It just felt relaxing I suppose. He's getting pretty old now and he was an amateurs practice piece but I love him all the same. Love your design.
Thanks, there are artist that will touch up tattoos for you and reviltalize old ones.
Sweet design though. I’m thinking of getting one too. A symbol from Fooly Cooley.
FLCL? What symbol? A shame that anime only had six episodes.
@SpikeTalon It’s the symbol of Atomsk, the Pirate King. It looks like this:
Yeah it is a shame it’s so short I agree! That anime changed my life!
You haven't really experienced pain if being tatooed hurts.
It wasn't that bad but definitely the worse of all my tattoos. I still managed.
@HeathenWoman Got my only one back in 1972. Every one was shocked. Feels like a nail scraping the skin but then the pain fades as the brain adjusts. Sweet design.
@Countrywoman yeah it actually tickled at times. I have tattoos on my arms and collar bone
@HeathenWoman Now that's interesting! I assumed it was your first tattoo! I one on my breast & one on my shoulder. They seemed to hurt about the same, which was not that much.
Now when I got "permanent" eyeliner---yeow! & in case anyone's thinking of putting themselves through that, it lasted only a couple years!
