actually a good number of them don't, especially when it's their child's booboo instead of their own. result: the kids die, the parents call it "god's will."

You need to come a state and a half you know in
“ Coal country “ where they still handle snakes and shit and refuse medical attention until they get the black lung because that’s the one that gets you paid for the rest of your life.
