OK California.... Get out your rakes and vacuum cleaners! This is an illegal order. There is an established hierarchy as to how emergency funds and resources are called in for a disaster. First local resources must be used. When those resources are maxed out, the state steps in. When those resources are exceeded, the federal government steps in. What tRump has done is put lives and property at huge risk, likely makes the disaster many times worse. This is just one more example of why we MUST remove this monster!!
