I was supposed to go visit my grandson but the thought of being stranded at an airport makes my blood pressure rise.

There have been news reports that the airlines are losing money on this shutdown.

Right now, the only thing standing between an air traveler and a potential air disaster is an overworked, unpaid, angry, frustrated, air traffic controller working a second job just to make some money to feed his family and pay his rent.

Take a car, boat, or train but don't fly until this is over.

I cancelled my plans to go visit my sister in sunny Florida...my friend is a commercial airline pilot and he is taking some "vacation"...I think maybe tRUMP thinks many will blame the Dems for this, but I blame him for being a stubborn, egotistical ass...
