Silly me thought it was the US who tore up this treaty but what a great headline fitting in the scary words to get peoples attention. "Russia, cold war, nuclear".

what would one expect from the news controlled by the military/industrial/security complex?
now we have some idea of how the german people were controlled by propaganda leading into ww2.
