We don't know that we only have Barrs word for it, and Trump has already been shouting exonerated, when one of the few things we do know is that the report does say he HAS NOT been exonerated.

Trump tower meetings with russians, trump tower moscow lies, Trump junior admitting to undeclared russian loans, trump taking russians in to the oval office privately, secret meetings with putin, suppression of translations of secret meetings with putin, members of trump campaign arrested and sentenced for lying about connections and collusion with Russia.
That;s just a fraction of it, have you actually paid any attention at all?
