You are still lower level - I'm not sure you are using the proper term here.

What might have happened is your post wasn't approved.

For whatever reason.

There are descriptors of the TOS of the site available under the "Learn" button.

Your posts start going "live" at level 5 - no longer requiring the "Yes or No" approval of upper level members to become live posts.

Individual people block others, there is no "blocking" by Admin, only removal of an entire thread if it is deemed offensive.

Type of abuse	I think this violates the community guidelines. Chat or rant, adult content, spam, insulting other members I think this is illegal. Harm to minors, violence or threats, harassment or privacy invasion, impersonation or misrepresentation, fraud or phishing, etc.
