Clean out your ears and listen...it is quite simple "N...O"....it means "no", not maybe, not I am teasing, NO...just don't even...
Women want sex as well, just not unwillingly...talking is not assaulting...so just be honest and chat about it...make sure you are both clear as a bell...and, anytime there is a "work" relation or a power relation, the answer from a woman is almost always going to be "no" for other reasons than turning you down...women also want to have a career and are taught sex that is work-related is a big NO...
My ears are clean. I'm asking a simple thing. Someone DOES need to write the book because society has taught men very few ways of procuring sex beyond aggression.
@IAJO163 You have always been respectful to me so I am not sure why you think you are inept with women...seriously, the book would have one page...No means NO...
Don't make procurement of sex your goal unless you are offering a prostitute money...talk, laugh, be respectful and use charm, wit, interest, etc. You and she are more than your genitals....
@thinktwice It is not I who is having the problem here. I am totally respectful to all women. You're giving men too much credit and maybe this could be a reason to legalize prostitution as it's demise was religiously based.
@IAJO163 ah...there are actually books available...I do agree that we should allow for sex workers to provide a services and to provide a safe outlet for anybody...
Books on handling rejection are plentiful
Lots of ways people can politely reject a person without causing anger or hurt feelings...not all advances are mean and aggressive and warrant a harsh reply
@thinktwice You're asking them to read? Wow! You expect a lot, eh? LOL!!!
@IAJO163 I would never get involved with anybody who did not read...but that is just me. Intellectual pursuits are important and a man who does not read would not even be in my circle.
@thinktwice Yes but beyond your circle is a faction of life surviving on guts and a visual perspective who care not to participate in intellectual pursuits yet are allowed the same rights as everyone else. Sex is one of the easiest things on the planet to do and anyone can do it. We have a long way to go to get people on the same page. P.S. I don't like that the site is forcing me to join a group. How do you feel about that?
@IAJO163 Here is how I feel...this site is offered free but someone has to pay for the servers, storage, administration etc. That would be the founder and owner of the site. He or she can do whatever they want...if I don't like it, I can leave. I can also adapt, make my opinion known, etc. Not my site, not my decision.
@thinktwice I'm cool with that. Did you get some kind of warning though? I would've like to had a friend's list. I will now lose contact with everyone I was conversing with for the past year.
@IAJO163 no...but I adapt easily as a military child...I just go with the flow...I know who I follow and like to read about, plus I have nearly a photographic memory, so I keep hundreds of usernames in my head and look them up...
You could try ASKING as opposed to ASSuming...
Many men don't know how or are afraid to. Rejection?
@IAJO163 There will always be rejection going both ways...we need to teach our young how to deal with it and anger as well in other ways...sports, masturbation, etc. The stigma of doing it yourself has to be removed...shame and guilt contribute to the problem and makes things very frustrating...
@thinktwice As I walk the streets I am surrounded by an ever increasing group of disrespectful youth who loudly want everyone to hear the music that helped to make them that way. In many instances there's no history for them to follow so they don't know.
Makes me glad I'm 52, and my girlfriend is 49.
Men in their 70's can be total pigs, ya know.....in fact so etimes I think I think they feel more entitled!
