And that is exactly what it was....scripted and rehearsed....designed to draw a tear from those unwilling to look below the surface. But I don't see her getting all choked up about all the people of color she put behind bars for drug offenses. No, that's the Kamala she wants to keep secret.

@Charlene I am not a particular supporter of Pete. But he did not try to impune the reputation of a fellow democrat with a basless accusation of bigotry. Such abhorrent tactics will only serve to get Trump reelected.
@balance_point it was in fact based on the Actual Voting record of Biden, and statements he made in front of cameras 3 weeks ago..she has every right to use his Voting Track record.
@Charlene Biden's record on busing was not against all busing. He only specifically voted against federal mandated bussing. Also, bussing was loaded with unanticipated consequences (even for the black people being busses). It was unpopular even with large portions of the black comminity. And it was later totally discarded as a bad idea. So, far from being insensitive to black people, Biden's vote against federal mandating of it was shown to be the correct vote....(for everyone). I am waiting for Kamala's apology. But I doubt she has it in her.

Biden caved to Talmadge and the racists in the Senate..their scream of "States Rights" was, unfortunately, the winner in this instance. As for Ms. Harris apologizing .lololololol..She has nothing to apologize for..in fact it's quite the opposite.
It's kinda like Pete keeping his dirty little racist police in the secret closet.
@Charlene It is not "whitemansplaining". It is called historical facts. Google it. Get some facts. I am sorry if the facts do not fit your political views. But facts will always remain facts. Another little interesting fact is that Kamala was recently asked if she is for mandated busing right now. She gave varying answers at different times, and generally avoided a definitive answer. Then she finally gave a vague "yes", but with qualifiers. For someone so critical of Biden for not being totally for it without execption in the 70's, it is interesting that she can not even say she is unequivocally for it now. That is just plain phoney.
Yup they all start strong but wait until later and see who prevails we need to concentrate on beating trump

CORRECT, and i am glad a couple of them made that a point somewhere in their conversation.
YES...it seems Biden made a LOT OF 'Good Ol' Boy' moves back in the day, and then realized this is not good. Granted it's very early in the race, and we really haven't seen him have to stand ALONE BEFORE. But i truly can not say i am totally FOR him. I LOVE Kamala, i like Elizabeth Warren...Amy Klobuchar, i like...but we will NEVER have a president named AMY. I like Buttigieg...not sure if the muslim countries would want to work with him...they will see him as less a man...but his INTELLIGENCE...is where it needs to be. I LOVER Bernie...but...
I LIKE Tulsi Gabbard, but that might be because she turns me on with that shock of white hair...and gorgeous smile, Gillibrand seems too young, and Williamson...wtf? Julian Castro...WOW...THAT MAN CAN BE PRESIDENT...HE'S GOT THE INTELLIGENCE AND THE LOOK. i am not going by his look, but people do. Look at all the other men there...they are going for the Kennedy/Clinton look for sure. Even if their ideas are stolen from the others. Cory Booker...has got it...i think he's got the Black and Latino vote but hm...not sure about the white vote.
Y'know what's so BAD about our country, is you have to take everybodys emotional baggage into consideration!!! Whites, Blacks, Gays, men women, KIDS...they are coming of age to vote now. What the rich want...what the poor want. I really like Kamala Harris, Elizabeth Warren, Buttigieg, Bernie, Castro, Gabbard, Cory, but they are all MY choices...and i don't speak for the DMC. THEY...will probably pick Biden...he's not a bad guy...but i don't think a LOT will change with him. If Kamala Harris can tear him apart...imagine what trmp will do with him with that little speaker in his ear. HE won't be intelligent enough..,.but with that little cheater... Plus his barbs egging on his supporters. My THREE big ones are Kamala Harris, Pete Buttigieg, and Elizabeth Warren. THEY...I BELIEVE have the integrity and the intelligence to be the next president of our country. BUT...I'M NOT in charge, lol. And the people in charge will most likely pick BIDEN. PLUS...the news media is guiding everybody towards Biden...who never really answers hard embarassing questions. Seems he'd like to leave those decisions in the past. And that's where they belong...but if he made those decisions once...!

@thinktwice, @bobwjr true, they do...but when KAMAL HARRIS HIT him with those question...he looked like a little kid who MOMMY just caught doing something wrong. AND HE ALWAYS puts that look on his face...he'll go along with certain things...it seems...if it is the popular thing to do.

Biden's gonna play the Obama card..he tried last night and it didn't work..hopefully it won't..
He was not at the top of his game...she was awesome...I would not count him out yet, but she really did show her compassion and did not confront him in a childish and bullying way that our current leader does...she stood her ground, spoke of how it hurt her, and asked him to recant, which he did not...
