I must confess I'm another who does this. Some tips. Don't use paper. Use metal. It's much heavier per volume. Also don't mail it from your home mailbox. Drop it in a public one. No return address of course.

You have to put postage on that envelope but you can always put less than required so they have to pay the balance...
