I think it probably felt like that in certain parts of England today, as it peaked at 37.7C in London...second hottest day on record in the UK...however it was a slightly cooler 30C in Brighton. It was 42.6 in Paris...109F... a new record.

Last week here in the US some TV station baked biscuits inside of a closed car, I guess that's a plus, NOT!
You folks have enough problems over there.
@oldFloyd There was enough hot wind coming from Boris today to raise the temperature a few degrees even higher!
@Marionville yeah we got a wind bag full of hot air too.
And racist and I believe the term is Bullock's.
